Tis the season to use food, overindulging, overworking (aka hustle & grind) acting out sexually, addictions, overspending, along with endless social media selfies, posting and scrolling to hide out and get relief from painful feelings and for attention seeking.  We can be spiritually and naturally gifted, professional and successful, with a great calling, walking in our purpose and still have these hidden struggles.  Don’t get caught up in this vicious cycle!  Once the quick pick me up wears off, there are now new and increased feelings of inadequacy, shame, guilt, loneliness, anxiety, restlessness and distraction.  The cure??
